Yes. The assessment is completely free—no hidden charges, no payment required to access your results or report.

The challenge has two rounds.

  • Round 1 is live as of November 20, 2025. The duration for Round 1 is 37 minutes.
  • If shortlisted, you will be invited to Round 2 within 14 days of completing Round 1.
  • Round 2 is a 60–70 minute assessment.
If you aren’t shortlisted after Round 1 or Round 2, you can request a reattempt by emailing us at connect@iqigai.ai.
The top 100 performers will be directly shortlisted for a hackathon and final interview with Fractal Analytics, which is hiring 500+ GenAI professionals annually. In addition, your profile may be shared with Fractal’s partner companies and other top recruiters in the GenAI and data tech ecosystem.
No. Your assessment score and skill profile are all that’s needed. The iqigai Fellowship Challenge automatically shortlists top candidates for final interviews with hiring companies
iqigai is changing how hiring works in India. Instead of relying on resumes or college names, our AI-powered skills engine shortlists candidates based on ability—ensuring fair and unbiased hiring.
Prizes from the ₹20 Lakh pool will be distributed among the top 1,000 winners. Details will be shared via email after the assessments conclude.
Not at all. iqigai values skills over pedigree. If you have an engineering degree, relevant experience, and genuine interest in GenAI or data tech—you’re eligible.

To qualify for prizes and fellow selection, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid engineering degree, and
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience in roles related to data technology, GenAI, or allied technical domains.

Only candidates who meet these criteria and successfully clear both rounds of the assessment will be considered for final ranking, rewards, and hiring shortlists.

If you clear Round 2, you’ll receive your personalized benchmark report via email and on your candidate dashboard.
Round 1 runs from 14 January to 20 February, followed by Round 2 from 21 February to 1 March. Participants who qualify in Round 1 advance to Round 2. Final rankings and prizes are decided based on overall performance.
